General Motors (GM) and its เว็บสล็อต xo Cruise robo-taxi subsidiary have filed a lawsuit to prohibit Ford Motor from using the name "BlueCruise" to market its hands-free driving technology, the companies said Saturday.
In a statement released shortly after midnight Detroit time GM said Ford's use of the BlueCruise name violates GM's Super Cruise trademark as well as Cruise's trademark.
“While GM hopes to amicably resolve trademark infringement issues with Ford, We have no choice but to actively protect our brand and protect our products and technologies that have been acquired over the years on the market,” GM said in a statement.
