About the event
The most important piece of knowledge when beginning your journey with sourdough is understanding what starter is and how to properly take care of it. This class will go over the very basics of feeding and storing sourdough starter from start to finish, with Q & A, and recipe discussion. Each attendee will take home their active sourdough starter, storage jar, and printed instructions.
